How to Request Deletion
- Send a WhatsApp message from the number you want removed.
- Write: Delete my number from Sri Fashions Boutique updates.
- If you previously placed an order, include your name and any recent enquiry or order detail so we can identify the correct record.
- You may also visit our store in Gudur and request number deletion in person.

What We Delete or Remove
When a valid request is received, we remove your number from WhatsApp update lists, promotional contact lists and non-essential enquiry follow-up records that are under our control.
If your number is linked to an active order, fitting, pickup, delivery, payment follow-up or customer support issue, we may keep it until that service is completed.
Records We May Need to Keep
Some records may be retained when required for accounting, billing, tax, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, warranty support or proof of service. In such cases, we restrict use of the number to the required purpose and do not use it for promotional updates.
Processing Time
We aim to process valid deletion or removal requests within 7 business days. Promotional messages should stop after the request is processed, although you may still receive messages related to active orders or legal obligations.
Verification
For customer protection, we may ask you to confirm the request from the same WhatsApp number or provide basic order information before changing or deleting contact records.
