This page explains how Sri Fashions Boutique collects and uses WhatsApp numbers for clothing enquiries, boutique appointments, custom-fit services, order updates and requested product alerts.
Last updated: 12 May 2026We collect your WhatsApp number when you message us, click a WhatsApp enquiry link, request product availability, ask for prices, book a boutique appointment, request custom stitching, sign up for new arrival updates or share your number during an in-store visit.
We use WhatsApp numbers to reply to enquiries, confirm product availability, share price information, coordinate appointments, discuss measurements, send fitting updates, confirm store pickup, manage delivery communication and provide customer support.
If you request updates, we may also send messages about new arrivals, festive collections, bridal edits, sale information, appointment slots and boutique announcements.
By starting a WhatsApp conversation with us, submitting your number for updates or asking us to contact you on WhatsApp, you agree that we may use that number for the related boutique communication.
You can opt out of promotional updates at any time by replying with a stop request or by using our number deletion page.
We do not sell WhatsApp numbers. We do not use customer numbers for unrelated third-party marketing. We do not ask customers to share passwords, card PINs or sensitive payment credentials through WhatsApp.
We may share a customer number only when needed to complete the requested boutique service, such as tailoring coordination, delivery support, appointment management, customer messaging tools or website and analytics services. Such sharing is limited to the purpose of serving the customer.
WhatsApp numbers may be retained while enquiries, appointments, orders, stitching work, pickup, delivery, support or accounting obligations are active. Numbers used only for promotional updates are removed when the customer opts out or requests deletion.
